OPENING OF CHURCH BUILDINGS:

Churches open for services

In addition to our Zoom services at 9.30am each Sunday, we are currently holding another service in/outside one of our churches at 11am.

  • 23rd August, Sandford St Martin, 6pm (inside)

  • 30th August, Over Worton, 11am (outside)

Any number is permitted to attend, providing social distancing can be observed – each building in the benefice therefore allows for a different size of congregation.  If the service takes place in the grounds of the church, there is no limit on numbers, providing social distancing is maintained.

At PCCs over the next couple of weeks, discussions will be held concerning when and where services resume thereafter.

Information on the pattern for the weeks ahead will then be included in the notice sheet, on notice boards, on Facebook and here on the website.

Visitors to our churches are requested to observe all current COVID-19 regulations and recommendations, including wearing face coverings.
